At Lillemor, our little ones inspire us every day—they fill our lives with light and joy. That’s why every product we offer is thoughtfully chosen and personally tested by us, ensuring only the best makes it to our collection.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t fit or you’ve had a change of heart, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Items that have been washed, worn, used, or whose packaging is missing cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to initiate a Return or Exchange

Returns must be made within 10 business days from the day you received your order.

Include the purchase receipt with your return package so we can process your refund.

Returns should be shipped via ACS, at our expense (deducted from the refund).

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

The refunded amount is the total value of the returned products minus a €2 return shipping fee.

Exchanges (Size, Color, or Item Changes)

Exchanges must be requested within 10 business days of receipt.

We send the new item to you, and you return the original item to the ACS driver.

The returned item must be in the same condition as received—unused and in original packaging.

If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.

If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference after we receive the returned item.

No exchange fee applies.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at lillemorstore@gmail.com.

We will provide a replacement or full refund free of charge.

All our products comply with EU safety standards. If you notice any safety issues, please let us know right away.

Caring for Your Garments

Our products are designed for both safety and comfort.

Always follow the care instructions on the garment’s label.

Check for loose buttons, small parts, or other hazards before use, especially with children’s items.
